Beautification
The Beautification Committee plans the spring clean-up of the five vacant lots, plants flowers and shrubs at the three corners and two entry lights, consults with the Landscape Committee when appropriate and maintains the lending library.
Landscape and Grounds Committee
The Landscape Committee solicits bids and recommends contracts to maintain our grounds, tree maintenance, snow/ice removal and acts as liaison to the Board for our unit owners who are seeking approval for landscape changes.
Building and Maintenance Committee
The Building Committee solicits bids and recommends contracts for driveway and roof repair/replacement, chimney repairs, painting, general exterior maintenance and acts as liaison for the Board for our unit owners who are seeking approval for exterior building changes.
Welcoming and Social Committee
The Welcoming and Social Committee plans two social events annually - the spring picnic and the holiday brunch. They greet new homeowners to share information about our neighborhood
By-Laws Committee
The By-Laws Committee recommends changes to the Rules and Regulations from time to time as needed. Rule changes must follow the association's Declaration as well as adhere to state law. Currently, the Board of Directors is managing this activity.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee provides a third set of eyes on our monthly and quarterly financials. The committee reconciles our bank statements against our financial report to ensure that all funds are properly accounted for.

The Website Committee maintains the SBHOA website: www.condominiumsofspringbrook.org.
Five Lots Committee
The Five Lots Committee regularly updates the Board of Directors on local market conditions that might allow for building/maintaining the vacant lots on the west end of Northcliffe Lane.
Real Estate Committee
The Real Estate Committee acts as liaison to realtors, attorneys, title companies and prospective homeowners; completes legal documents for mortgage financing and clear title. The committee with Communication Chair to ensure smooth entry for newcomers and get them on the mailing list from closing day forward.3
Communications Committee
The Communications Committee maintains and distributes all association updates and directions to our homeowners, retains association directories and maps, serves as first contact to new homeowners and solicits permission to communicate electronically. The Communications Committee is the informal hub of information for our association.
